FAQ's

If you have a question we missed, please contact us at info@peopleonajourney.com

  • Do I need to register before attending "in person"?

No. This may change when our attendance reaches 50% of our building capacity.

  • Is everyone required to wear a mask during the service?

We ask that you please wear a mask when attending service at Journey. If you forgot yours, we will have masks available at the front door.

  • Will my temperature be taken when I come on campus?

No. We ask that you please self screen before attending a service at Journey. If you have a fever of 100 degrees or above, a cough, shortness of breath, a sore throat, or have come into contact with anyone who has COVID-19 in the past 14 days, we invite you to continue to worship with us online from the comfort of your home.

  • How are the facilities being cleaned and prepared for services?

    • The building is professionally sanitized and monitored.
    • All pens and paper have been temporarily eliminated.
    • All kids and miscellaneous classrooms are temporarily closed.
    • Our services and guest interactions will be touch free. (No hand-shakes or hugs for now.)
    • Hand sanitizer stations will be located throughout the building.
  • What about Journey Kids?

Journey Kids ministry will be temporarily closed. All children are invited to join their families in worship and we have set up tables in the lobby for families to sit at if they choose. Please bring activities, books for your child during this season. Why are we not opening up Journey Kids when the schools are returning to "in person" classes? Due to the need for some volunteers to continue to remain safer at home, allowing children to remain with their families will ensure they remain socially distanced for their protection. We will continue to provide video curriculum on our Journey Kids portion of the web site. Please feel free to bring activities and books for them during the service.

  • What can I expect from the service?

Journey works hard to provide the same worship experience for everyone whether online or in person. Social distancing will make the "in person" gathering feel very different for those who attend. Just remember all new things feel awkward at first. Together, we will discover some new ways to worship as the need arises. Think of it as an adventure!

  • Bathrooms

The bathrooms will be available for no more than 2 people at a time. We recommend you avoid trips to the restroom by "going" before you arrive on campus.
